We sell tickets for nearly all our performances directly. However, select LIT performances are handled by our host venues and may have different ticket prices.

Individual ticket prices below do not include special engagements, such as fundraiser performances or partner productions.
General Admission: $20 ADVANCE | $25 AT THE DOOR
Seniors/Military: $17.50 ADVANCE | $25 AT THE DOOR
Students and Children 6-12 years: $10 ADVANCE | $25 AT THE DOOR
Free under 5 years.
Advance ticket prices end at midnight the day before the show. After that, you will have to pay the at the door price.
Our monthly sustainers via Patreon receive free admission at certain pledging levels.
We offer group rates when contacted in advance. We cannot arrange group tickets on site. Contact us for details.
Individual Tickets | Online Events
Online event tickets vary, with some a flat fee of $20 and some Pay What You Will ranging from $10-$100. Consult the appropriate event for more information. Our monthly sustainers via Patreon receive free online event access.
We offer season tickets for full and partial seasons.
Transfers are free to shows and ticket types of equal or lesser value. User pays difference on more expensive tickets and ticket types. Some restrictions apply.
We recommend arriving 45 minutes prior to the performance for our live preshow featuring our house band, the Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers (WoCo).
We offer local craft beer, wine, and food for sale at most performances. Outside food and beverage is not permitted due to local and state regulations.
BRING YOUR OWN SEATING (SOMETIMES)
For our outdoor performances, you should bring your own seating or choose from our rental chair and quilt seating options. Indoors, we provide seating, with an optional rental seat cushion. All rental options are subject to availability.
Communicable Disease Policy
Masks are required at all public, in-person performances unless expressly stated otherwise by an authorized Sweet Tea Shakespeare representative.
Social distancing at a minimum of 6′ is required, even when queuing for tickets or concessions. Seating will be assigned by STS authorized personnel and will allow for seating by cohabitating family group clusters or as individuals. Guests who close distance may be dismissed from the venue.
Guests will be invited into performance spaces based on pre-determined arrival times and select entry points; seating is *not* first-come, first-served. Guests who enter performance spaces without authorization from a designated STS representative will be dismissed. This includes guests and family members of artists.
Other controls, such as access to certain parts of the venue, seating arrangements, etc. may be announced on site.
Guests may not occupy space within 10′ of actors or 25′ of singers except if a plexiglass or similar barrier is between them.
By attending, guests are certifying that they are not sick. Any guest suspected of illness will be dismissed from the venue.
Guests attend all STS performances at their own risk.
STS assumes no liability for any illness, disease, or injury incurred in association with public performances.
We offer no refunds for purchased tickets. Free exchanges are available to persons suspecting they have or have been exposed to COVID-19, as well as season ticket holders and our monthly sustainers on Patreon. All others may be subject to exchange fees.
On nights we move indoors due to rain, you can return FOR FREE to performance of the same production later in the run with a valid purchase.
Season tickets may be used for you and any guests you wish to include; however, season tickets may not be transferred to others without contacting the Box Office.
No outside food or beverages; no coolers.
Please note that all coupon codes expire at midnight prior to the relevant performance. After this point and mid-afternoon on the day of show, all tickets revert to at-the-door pricing and may not be discounted.

ASL INTERPRETED PERFORMANCES
ASL performances are held periodically. Please contact us prior so we can inform you of ASL interpreted dates.
Parking is available at all venues. Performances at the 1897 Poe House offer limited street parking, with additional parking available across the MLK Freeway at Arsenal Park.
We recommend using a ride sharing service for our LIT events.
